Director of HA Thailand Contributes as an International Women Leader on ISQua’s Board for International Women’s Day

Dr. Piyawan Limpanyalert, Director of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization), Thailand (HA Thailand), was invited by the International Society for Quality in Health Care to contribute her perspectives as a Woman on ISQua’s Board in celebration of International Women’s Day. Her reflections were featured on ISQua’s website and social media channels to highlight the impact of women in advancing global healthcare quality.

Observed annually on March 8, International Women’s Day celebrates the achievements of women across economic, social, political, and cultural spheres. It also raises global awareness of gender equality and women’s rights. The day has historical roots in the women’s labor movements of 1907–1908 and was later officially recognized by the United Nations as an international observance.

As a Thai woman leader contributing to a global platform, Dr. Piyawan shared her reflections through a series of questions and answers that express her perspective on international women’s leadership from a Thai cultural standpoint.
